Dusit Niyato現(xiàn)任新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)計(jì)算與數(shù)據(jù)科學(xué)學(xué)院(CCDS)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與工程校長講座教授。Dusit的研究興趣集中在分布式協(xié)作機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)(IoT)、邊緣智能生成人工智能和人工智能生成內(nèi)容(AIGC)、移動(dòng)和分布式計(jì)算以及無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)等領(lǐng)域。Dusit獲得了IEEE通信協(xié)會(huì)(ComSoc)最佳調(diào)查論文獎(jiǎng)和IEEE亞太委員會(huì)(APB)杰出論文獎(jiǎng)。目前擔(dān)任《IEEE通信調(diào)查與指南》主編(2023年影響因子為35.6)、《IEEE車輛技術(shù)匯刊》區(qū)域編輯、《IEEE無線通信匯刊》編輯、《IEEE物聯(lián)網(wǎng)期刊》、《IEEE移動(dòng)計(jì)算匯刊》、《IEEE無線通信》、《IEEE網(wǎng)絡(luò)》、《IEEE信息取證與安全匯刊》(TIFS)、《ACM計(jì)算匯刊》副主編。Dusit是2024-2026年IEEE通信協(xié)會(huì)理事會(huì)的一般會(huì)員，也是2016-2017年IEEE通信協(xié)會(huì)的杰出講師。他被評(píng)為2017-2023年計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)高被引研究員。他是IEEE和IET的會(huì)員。

講座內(nèi)容：

A survey or review paper has become increasingly more important as it serves as a comprehensive source of preliminary literature review and rich references for researchers. In this presentation, a gentle introduction to writing a survey and review paper will be given, specifically from the data communications and networking perspective. First, the presentation highlights the nature, importance, and impact of the survey paper. Then, we discuss typical steps in preparing a survey paper. The presentation outlines a few tips to improve the survey paper preparation. Finally, the presentation provides a brief overview of IEEE Communications Surveys and Tutorials (COMST).
