Paul Kei Matsuda，美國亞利桑那州立大學英語系教授，博士生導師，二語寫作中心主任，主要研究方向為二語寫作，在國際核心期刊發(fā)表有影響力論文50余篇，編/著10余部。擔任我校兼職教授，南京大學兼職教授、海外名師，山東大學兼職教授；美國應用語言學會（AAAL）前任主席，國際二語寫作研討會（SSLW）創(chuàng)辦主席和執(zhí)行主編，Parlor出版社主編，Journal of Second Language Writing，College English，College Composition and Communication等多家SSCI和A&HCI學術期刊欄目主編、編委及審稿人。

講座內容：

This session focuses on what teachers know not only to evaluate student writing but also to use various tools and strategies to facilitate students’ ability to write as well as their ability to assess their own and peers’ writing. We will begin by reviewing various aspects of assessment literacy and how it applies to the use of writing in language classrooms. We will then discuss and evaluate various tools for writing assessment. We will then conclude by exploring how we can use the tools not only to evaluate but also to facilitate writing development.
