講座人介紹：

周治國(guó)，博士，美國(guó)中密蘇里大學(xué)（University of Central Missouri）計(jì)算機(jī)與數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)院（School of Computer Science and Mathematics）計(jì)算機(jī)系助理教授。分別于2008年和2014年獲得西安電子科技大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)學(xué)士學(xué)位和計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)博士學(xué)位。曾于2013年5月至2014年5月在荷蘭萊頓大學(xué)（Leiden University）計(jì)算機(jī)系（Leiden Institute of Advanced Computer Science）訪問(wèn)學(xué)習(xí)。2014年12月起在美國(guó)德州大學(xué)西南醫(yī)學(xué)中心（University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Dallas, TX）放射腫瘤系（Department of Radiation Oncology）從事博士后研究，并于2017年9月晉升為研究型講師。2019年8月起至今在中密蘇里大學(xué)擔(dān)任助理教授。在國(guó)際期刊和會(huì)議上已發(fā)表相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文80余篇。擔(dān)任兩個(gè)國(guó)際期刊的編委和20多個(gè)國(guó)際期刊的審稿人，同時(shí)也是多個(gè)會(huì)議的分會(huì)主席。目前研究方向?yàn)槿斯ぶ悄?，機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)和深度學(xué)習(xí)，影像組學(xué)，醫(yī)學(xué)影像分析，治療結(jié)果預(yù)測(cè)，臨床決策支持等。 

講座內(nèi)容：

In this presentation, a new reliable artificial intelligence (RAI) which integrates confidence calibration, uncertainty estimation and model interpretation into a general and unified probabilistic inference model is introduced and several typical strategies will be presented. Then the presenter will talk about three strategies which are applied to treatment outcome prediction, clinical decision support, medical image analysis, and biomarker discovery.
